Today is a very exciting day as things are getting more real for me. I am officially launching the website for my very own accounting practice which will be known as Oldridge Accounting. The practice is going to have a focus on using cloud-based solutions for helping small business clients with their bookkeeping and payroll needs. I am also going to offer traditional services such as personal and corporate tax preparation, assurance and business advisory.

Some of my friends have been asking me if I am nervous about this endeavor. To be brutally honest, I am not really that nervous. I was reading a blog a little over a week ago on my logo designer’s website https://christopherpressey.com/blog/trust-your-instincts/ which really hit the nail-on-the-head for me. This has been very true for me as most of my major decisions in life were instinct where I feel like I have made the right decision and have no regrets. I would like to thank Christopher Pressey for his help with the logo. I think it looks great and it really captures my vision!

I would also like to thank Nick Russell at Russtek Media for his hard work towards putting together this website. As well, he has helped me over the past 5 months with social media posts which I am forever grateful as I do not always have the time with family commitments.

In the upcoming weeks, I will be blogging about my journey to creating Oldridge Accounting.
